My sister has a ton of these health and nutrition books to help her maintain her weight and make healthy choice. One book she got as a gift for Christmas is a book focusing on the restaurants all of us go to and compare what item we should choose over another. It compares calories, fat and sugars of two products a particular eatery sells. Below are pictures of some of the comparisons.
This is my favourite one only because I Love Big Macs.
The Angus Deluxe has as many calories as a 13oz strip loin steak!
You read that correct, a delicious Grande White Hot Chocolate with all the works is that same as eating 12 French Crullers!
The Hot Dog with melted Cheese is a better choice compared to NY Fries signature item. I still don't think I would pick the Hot Dog over their fries...just too good.
One regular fries is the same as eating 5 of Wendy's fully loaded baked potatoes.
Well Cool Mocha Julius all 820 calories, 16 G Fat, 13 G Saturated Fats, 127G Sugar and 780 MG Sodium of you is the same as eating 29 Chocolatey Eggo Waffles! YUM.
All you have to do is order dark meat without the skin...Skin on your chicken doubled the amount of calories! WOW
I always order the Quarter Chicken dinner...Its like I was eating 4 McDonalds Hamburgers.
I would have thought the Carrot Muffin would have been the healthier choice but I guess not.
Its like eating 14 Areo Mini Chocolate Bars.
For all you salad lovers out there 560 Calories in the Tuscan Salad compared to 330 Spicy Thai Salad.
Tuscan Salad is the same as eating 7 Mr. Sub Grilled Chicken Subs.
I'm so hungry now....
